Needs & context
The client reached out to us looking to fully redesign their outdated website, which hadn’t aged nicely, and was far from being representative of a high-end tech company. They wanted a website that could mirror the excellence of their products and services, and that enabled a communication channel where they could share relevant materials for their target industries.
Farelogix also needed ongoing support in the development of graphic assets such as brochures, case studies, papers, presentations and the like.
Our approach
We began by conducting a study of websites and communication styles of every major player and referent in Farlogix’s industry. Based on the results of that initial survey and on the information volume presented by the client, we decided on a modern and corporate look and feel for the design of the website.
For an improved performance and to enable the website to go beyond an institutional presence, a marketing and sales platform would be necessary, as it would allow the brand to establish a more fluid exchange with their customer base.
The solution
Our work with Farelogix over the course of 6 years expands across three main areas:
Website
Understanding the dynamic nature of the client’s business, we developed a scalable structure and an adaptable framework that could easily incorporate future needs, to keep the website from becoming stale again. Farelogix’s new website would be the platform on top of which the brand’s communications would sit, becoming the main gateway for all customer interactions.
Graphic Design
Along with the development of the website, Farelogix manifested they needed support creating a variety of graphic assets, for which we set up a streamlined collaboration pipeline, tending to all Farelogix’s graphic design and branding needs.
Hubspot
Amidst the new website development process, Farelogix bought a Hubspot plan, which created a good opportunity to incorporate its entire suite of marketing, sales and customer support tools to this ongoing project. This allowed us to boost the experience the website offers its visitors, adding a blog, a layer of security for all digital media, and integrating database queries and requests for documentation, to improve the brand’s communication channels via a newsletter.
Currently, we continue to use Hubspot to develop all kinds of landing pages, podcast microsites and one-pagers for events and other marketing and communications campaigns.
